Last weekend we did a super fun trip for Keeneland! Below are some of the highlights and of course, lots of horses!
We arrived at the Louisville airport after a long travel day. I wore my super cute dressage scarf by @MangoBayDesign
For dinner we visited the Village Idiot in downtown Lexington. The bar was super fun with Horse Shoe Tap handles and I had a fried duck and waffles entree.
Day two included some really fun tours! First off was the beautiful Stud Farm of Adena Springs in Paris, Kentucky

We got to meet 3 of the stallions there and get a tour of the facility. We got a detailed run down on how they coordinate all of the live breedings and all of the safety measures they take as well. I got to learn some new information and Mark enjoyed it too!
It's amazing that 1 foal to their younger stud Ghostzapper goes for $75,000!
My outfit features the @GreatScot vest and the @DizzyLizzy button up top.
Next was the Runnymede Nursary farm where we got to see some cute babies! One of them was one of American Pharaoh's babies!
After that we headed to the Buffalo Trace Distillery for an awesome tour where we got to see some of the warehouses where they age the bourbon.
Saturday included a full day at Keeneland, the weather did not cooperate at all. It was cold and rainy all day. Luckily our grandstand seats were covered and there was plenty of space inside to warm up.
I did not plan for the weather so we made a last minute trip to Target to get Umbrella's and I grabbed the cheapest light jacket I could find and it really didn't work the best with my super cute sun dress but that's ok!
It was so fun betting on the horse's. My best win was a $2 bet that won $28!
Hope everyone has a great weekend! Go ride!
