Review: Easy Up Saddle Cart

December 21, 2017

As the end of the year approaches, I wanted to let my followers know that one of my best purchases for 2017 has been this Easy Up Saddle Cart that I found through Schneider's Saddlery (Click here)

Since I've moved to this new barn the layout is a bit different. DaVinci is in an outdoor shed row (which he loves!) and the tack room is attached outside as well. There is a small hitching post area that is situated outside, and then during inclement weather you have a good sized walk to get inside to tack up. Instead of needing to do multiple trips to get my grooming bag, saddle, saddle pads, etc. inside, so I searched for an easier solution. In came this amazing saddle cart! In one easy trip I just wheel all my stuff inside or to the outside hitching post. It saves me so much time and effort!

Things I keep on the cart from bottom shelf up:

1.  My full to the brim Noble Outfitters grooming bag.

2. Bridle, saddle pad, half pad, water bottle, cookie jar, and hoof oil.

3. Saddle, Girth, Helmet

4. I also have a little clip that I can attach the bag that holds his cooler if I know he'll be sweaty.

Pros: Convenient! It holds a lot! Good sized wheels that get through muddy/rocky conditions pretty easily. Sturdy design, very well built and should hold up for a long time. At $109 the pricing is very worth it! I haven't used this at a show yet but it would be perfect!

Cons: A little difficult to assemble. My husband put it together for me and he had a hard time getting some of the holes lined up, it took about 20 minutes, so not bad! Otherwise, no other cons.

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!!
